Waters breaking or discharge?

Went to the toilet at 1am last night and I only just made it before an uncontrollable gush came out (I haven’t had any leaks of urine before now so I thought it was unusual). Put a pad on, kept an eye on it for any more leaks. Woke up this morning and went to the toilet and there’s lots of thin clear discharge when I wipe and there’s a tiny wet patch on my pad but not much. it doesn’t smell like anything but I thought waters would be like clear runny water not thicker like this?

any help or advice is appreciated!

Forgot to add- the texture when I wipe now is more slippery like thin discharge which is what is making me think it isn’t my waters

I had a gush 2 weeks ago and got checked just in case. They checked my cervix and tested to see if my waters had gone / infection but all fine.
Ive worn a panty liner ever since! But the last 3 days I’ve had trickles I can feel come out, of what looks like discharge but when it happens it still goes through my panty liner into my clothes ☹️ so I got checked again yesterday and all fine. Assuming it to be excess discharge.

I would go get checked personally. Or maybe wait and see if it happens again?
