Very confused about symptoms advice needed!!

Hi I’m new to this so please bare with me :)
I had what I thought was my period 2 weeks ago, it lasted 3 days, normal flow (I’m normally very heavy) and ended abruptly on the third day. My periods normally last 4-5 days.
15 days after the day my period started (yesterday), I had some spotting for the day (very light, no panty liner needed, was mainly when wiping) I also was very constipated but managed a bowel movement.
I also had cramps in my stomach which died down in the evening, the spotting also stopped.
Now today when I was getting dressed I noticed linea nigra from belly button down to my pubic area, I’ve never had this before (never been pregnant), and I’ve had a constant migraine type headache on the right side of my head, pain behind right eye. I also have pulling feeling in my stomach area.
im confused because I could of been sure I had my period 2 weeks ago?!
Does anyone have any opinions/advice on this?

are extremely sore to touch.

Surely the logical thing to do would be a pregnancy test?

I just wasn’t sure if the timing is weird considering the possible period I had two weeks ago? This is my first ever situation like this so I apologise for my naivety in advance

Maybe the bleeding two weeks ago was implantation.
You should do a PT .

I didn’t think anything of it because I thought implantation bleeding was light?

It varies a lot from woman to woman.

When was your last normal period?

I have regular periods every month between 28-30 day cycle normally. Sometime they’re heavy, sometimes less so

What was the date of your last normal period, prior to the three day bleed?

So if you got pregnant before the bleed two weeks ago, you are about 6 weeks pregnant.

That's if you're actually pregnant. Can you test tomorrow?

And did you have sex round about 20th May?

I will be buying a test first thing :)

I had sex on the 19th and 20th May, I believe when I was ovulating

You thought you noticed linea nigra this morning but instead of buying a highly accurate and easily accessible pregnancy test during the day you thought you would wait and give details of your stomach sensations and bowel movements on mumsnet that night so people could guess?

I noticed the linea nigra late this afternoon when putting on clothing after my bath, I have been trying to conceive for 2 years and had a lot of disappointment, so no I didn’t want to rush out for a test.

when I went for my first scan it turned out I got pregnant on the first day of my last period so I still had a full period when I was very first pregnant didn’t get a positive till I was 4 weeks

Yeah I tested early too tested 6 days before period was due and got a positive I am now 23 weeks gone ha good luck with testing x
