Nub / Gender - Ultrasound Tech wouldn’t commit! Opinions?

Hey guys

we’ve just had a scan, we’re 13w5d. Ultrasound technician said she thought she knew what gender was but wouldn’t fully commit as she said she couldn’t get a 100% clear shot (backward uterus & HG sufferer so dehydrated!)

Just wondering if any of you guys fancied having a guess to see if they match with the tech. Thanks so much x

Congratulations on your pregnancy, I can’t tell if a boy or a girl but will make a prediction that it will be one or t’other.😃

I'm going with boy. I think there's a slight angle to the nub and because this is still so early there is a chance for it to rise.
My sonographer wouldn't even attempt gender prediction before 16 weeks as nubs can rise from girl to boy.
I'm currently on my 4th boy lol

@Louise0808 thanks so much. I thought the nub stayed where it was after 12w5d, as in didn’t rise anymore? Oh gaaad i just don’t know 😅

Of course they won’t commit they can’t tell til 16 weeks. Looks like a baby to me

@Peonies12 there’s always one misery🙄we didn’t ask about the gender or even book the scan for that purpose. She just asked if we wanted to know what she thought at this stage, we said yes. Was just curious to know others opinions as we’re giddy and finding it exciting. Thanks for your positivity though 👌
