Oh my Lord.. the agony I’m in…
pain in the pubic bone and down my thighs!! I didn’t get any of this until 32+ weeks last time but I’m suffering with it early.. normal? What can I do? What should I do 🙃

Yep I've had it from week 15. I'm 29 weeks now and no one understands how miserable it truly is. Everyone knows about HG and throwing up but trying to explain PGP to friends is...challenging. like no one actually believes me. My mental health has taken a real dive because of it.

I've been seeing a physio but it hasn't helped much.

Take it easy, lots of lying down. No walking. The serola belt helps. Exercise ball also helps. Massaging/releasing the glutes and thighs also helps.

Oh my goodness sorry you’re in so much pain!
I can’t believe physio isn’t helping.. I am already miserable with it 😭

Apparently an osteopath is better and very helpful. There aren't any where I live so I haven't tried that.

Don't delay getting the serola belt, it made a difference for me the moment I started wearing it.

Oh and no vacuuming! It's on a few NHS leaflets but I learned that first the hard way! I don't know what it is about that movement, the pushing and pulling, makes it SO much worse!

Basically take it super easy. Take care of yourself. Screw the rest of the world. It gets gradually worse so it's good you are looking for help now, you have to be proactive 🙂
