Serious pressure/nervey feeling 36 weeks

I don't remember this happening with my first (born via emcs), but this time round I've got some serious pressure and feeling there's something definitely there and low on my cervix. Every time I walk it just feels so full and nervey. Very hard to describe 😂 I said to my DH it feels like babies head is already half out 😂
Is this quite normal? Im having an elective section probably in about 3 weeks so not long to deal with if it is the norm 😅

Can you get a midwife appointment? Just to have a check over, your waters might be the pressure that you are feeling?

Thank you @Greentreesandbushes I've got a scan and consultant appt this week so will ask then! I'm due for a c section in 3 weeks so hoping nothing goes before then 😂🤞🏻
