I went for a private scan over the weekend (I thought I was around 8 weeks and a couple of days). I have really irregular periods and was basing this date from when I think I ovulated according to this app (May 2nd). Unfortunately the sonographer couldn't find the heartbeat after a scan and an internal scan. The CRL was 0.87cm. I have had no cramping, bleeding or spotting so was totally blindsided to think this is a missed miscarriage. My doctor has referred me for a scan tomorrow. The nurse on the phone wasn't convinced my dates were right. I had just started to accept the mmc and now this. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
