I haven't been able to keep even water down for 24 hours now. I have a temp and feel weak and there's no sign of it easing up. At what point should I be concerned for baby? I'm 11 weeks but don't want to waste any professionals time asking for advice if it's silly! Anyone else experienced this or know what I should do?
