Nub/skull theory... Any guesses?

The scan photo is from a few weeks ago at 12+4. Wasn't going to post but gave into temptation this morning 😂

Is it the nub that makes you think girl? That was my thought, but it's just not very pronounced. Skull theory is so much trickier I think and as a ftm I've not got much to compare with!
