Struggling to eat much this pregnancy
so I need some advice on what best to consume to up my calories. I am 4 weeks into my second trimester and have no appetite. Pretty sure I have lost weight too.
I will speak to midwife about this but my next appointment is over a month away!
any time I am eating anything I either find it TOO spicy or TOO bland 😅😅
but yeah, struggling here with food. Can’t finish a meal, don’t want to eat half the time. I used to drink a lot of milk and smoothies but I can’t even bear to do that at the moment 😒
