Is my new pregnancy twins ?

Can anyone tell me what they felt like and what symptoms they had at the start of there pregnancy before they knew they was having twins iv tested 2 weeks after ovulation and dark positives come up and a digital come up pregnant . I'm already throwing up feel like absolute dog poop . I got some proper aches in my tummy and back and down my legs.
My period is every 35 days . I'm due on my period this Tuesday and already testing positive strong positives . Twins run in my family unfortunately I was extremely unwell with my twins and lost them due to an infection in my blood I had . I'm really interested to know what other multiple mummies symptoms are or where ??? Be so grateful for your replies x

I’ve been pregnant with twins and singletons and none of the pregnancies really differed in the beginning weeks.

My twin pregnancy....zero symptoms zero morning sickness at all no nausea no sore boobs ....I was in maternity wear by 9 weeks that was the only give away really

I have twins, the only thing that was really different for me is that I started showing around 6 weeks, enough for me to have to let a few people know. But I also have an older DS so assumed it was just because it was my 2nd pregnancy. It's fair to say I was in a bit of shock at my first scan.

I’m about 2 weeks from having my twins. But early indicators were very dark tests quite early on, my clear blue went to 3+ just days after it said 1-2. I had insane hunger levels and was exhausted from the get go. I’ve not had a smidge of nausea throughout my whole pregnancy though and I did ‘lose’ a lot of my other symptoms like sore boobs and cramps at 8/9 weeks. I wasn’t really showing until about 24 weeks and even now I look pregnant but you’d never know I was carrying 2 at 34 weeks.

I was only sick for a few days then it turned into crazy hunger I literally can't stop eating and I'm downing milk and cheese anything dairy including beef crisp bread smothered in butter and anything sour and I'm only 7 weeks but have a scan on Friday so I'll see but my lines on the test was super dark and I did a digital clear blue and it come up 3+ but I know for a fact o was only just 2 weeks my boobs have doubled in size I already have a bump just so many signs it could be I don't want to look or feel stupid but it's as if I know there is more than one and I'll admit if I'm wrong also I'm absolutely exhausted and I mean exhausted I just not off anywhere it's bizarre iv never been like that and this is my 6th pregnancy also I have a don't give a sssss attitude it's like I don't care about getting fat nothing Iv developed a right attitude god knows why I can't help it x

Are the twins In your family on the female line? Non identical?

Yes my mum had a set her sister and my mums sisters daughter had a set as well

There is a strong genetic link there 😊

I was thinking that they where identical twins. They had though all 3 of them had identical twins in so exhausted I'm absolutely pooped . I can't keep my eyes open and iv never had a dairy craving with the other 5 but today I have drank a gallon on milk already and it's only 11.30am and iv eaten left over roast /bubble and squeak hand full of jelly tots 2 peace's of toast one with a slab of cheese the other had cream cheese on it . And iv eaten strawberries and I'm still starving I feel a little sick every now and again but not actually being sick I'm more tired and hungry than anything exhausted x

had more symptoms with my singleton than my twins. didn't have anything at all til 7 weeks with the twins whereas had symptoms at 4 weeks with my singleton
