Could I be pregnant or overthinking?

Hello,
I’m just reaching out for advice to just help clear my mind. I am 22 years old and currently 13 days late. I did get diagnosed with PCOS but I know I’ve had it for a while. Usually my periods can be late but nothing more than 3 days late so this is brand new to me. I’ve been having sore nipples, swollen breast with no breast pain, a bit of food aversions, nausea that’ll stay all day but not too bad, tiredness, little bit of mood swings, heightened smell where I can smell anything from like far away from me, and constantly going pee. I have taken pregnancy strip tests but it always comes out negative. But my ovulation tests would come out positive so I’ve been trying to tell myself it’s just that and that my period is coming but nothing has changed and I just weirdly feel pregnant but don’t want to get my hopes up. I’m just so confused. Could I be testing too early or am I overthinking?

I have had PCOS since I was 12. The cycles are all over the place. My ovulation tests were positive always, with nice dark peak lines but I wasn't getting pregnant. A follicular study was done on me which showed that I didn't even ovulate. My follicles never grew and matured, despite the change in discharge and the dark lines.

So unless your pregnancy test is positive, I would say, it's overthinking, because I've been there. Nothing wrong with being in tune with your body and looking for signs but it usually just stresses me out, every small thing. If you still have doubts maybe you can visit a doctor.

Oh wow, were they able to give you anything to help grow the follicles and have you actually ovulate? I’m incredibly new to this and everything it causes. I’ve been to multiple obgyns for it and non of them have informed me of what it is other than I’m more likely to get cysts and it’s harder to conceive than normal.

Yes, luckily, I got pregnant in 6 months on 3 clomid cycles and 1 Letrozole cycle. Basically these drugs help the follicle to grow and if you have one or two mature follicles, they give you a trigger shot (hcg) which will break the follicle and release the egg. Then they ask you to dtd every day for 3 days and hope that the fertilization happens.
I have multiple tiny cysts too. Those cysts are nothing but the follicles that don't grow and mature. They just remain cysts and stay in your ovaries.
