Worries about 1st scan

Hey, i have a scan booked tomorrow (I expect I am about 10 weeks). I am so so worried about it! ive been in a bit of pain today, no blood or anything but I have lost slimy discharge
i have called midwife and doctor but because I have a scan tomorrow we’re basically waiting for that
im just so nervous incase something is wrong! Can anyone relate to this? The pain is all down my right side, front and back and into my pelvis
I guess I just need reassurancep

Some aches and pains are normal in pregnancy. I wouldn't be too worried if I were you.

Hey OP. Slimes discharge could be the hormone changes the mucus protects against infections. It might not be that but it’s totally normal for discharge that early on. The pain could also be normal a lot of woman have it early on due to body changing. Please try not to worry, good luck! X

I’ve loads more discharge since pregnancy, it’s very common. Usually not an issue unless bloody or signs of infection. I had loads of pain and cramps throughout
