I've been suffering with a skin condition called keratosis pilarias and it has gotten worse during pregnancy. I have a scrub called KP duty scrub which is very helpful but I'm not sure if it's pregnancy friendly. Does anyone know?

I can't see how any product could get through your skin, into your blood stream and then through the placenta. The only thing I've heard not to use is retinol due to high Vitamin A but even that's probably super cautious.
