I might say first and foremost, this forum has been a slight comfort for me over the past few days.
Here’s my story, just after people’s experiences I guess.
I came off the pill in December 2023, had regular-ish periods since. Cycle’s tend to be between 25-29 days. It’s highly likely my dates might be off but I had been tracking them on Flo and I’m not sure how they could be wrong but..
Thought I am around 6+4. Two nights ago, I had very light pink when wiping after the toilet. It stopped, then the next morning, had it again, again quite light. It’s since turned into brown, again when I wipe, and I very small amount in my underwear.
Scared I was having a miscarriage, I went to A&E last night, they did bloods, which she said HCG was meaning in the 1000’s. She also did an internal exam which showed my cervix was closed however she was some old blood.
Went back for a scan today, nothing could be seen on the ultrasound so has a transvaginal one. This showed only an empty gestational sac. They said I am either earlier than I thought, or it’s not progressing as it should and I might miscarry.
I have to go back in 2 weeks for another scan.
Has anything similar happened to anyone else?How did it end?
