I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but I am having mild cramping and very bad all day nausea what dod you laddies take to help with this please?

If your cramping, I’d recommend paracetamol.
don’t take ibuprofen, as it’s not recommended during pregnancy.
nausea, eat light snacks during the day, crackers, ginger biscuits and so on.
mid you can’t live your day to day life with nausea go to the doctors and ask for some medication to help with it. Congratulation on your pregnancy x

I'd second the ginger biscuits. Nibble on them throughout the day - it helped me so much. I hope it doesn't get unbearable for you - it's a rough ride at the beginning of such an exciting time! But congratulations! And hopefully the cramps and sickness ease soon :)

Thank you both so much I am suffering quiet bad with it it hasn't eased up I have it from the moment I wake up the the moment I go to sleep
