30 weeks and struggling to sleep

As the title says I'm 30 weeks, struggling to sleep despite being shattered due to a combination of restless legs, hip and back pain, oh and peeing constantly. I have physio input for the hip and back pain but that isn't helping.

I suppose I'm looking for some reassurance, this past 2 weeks has been difficult as I've had broken sleep every night and I'm now starting to feel run down, emotional, grumpy and just generally shit. I'm still at work but I feel like I've hit a brick wall and could just cry at my minute I'm feeling so shit. I'm beginning to think I need to take a couple days off work to try and rest

Sorry for the lengthy post 😅

Oh I feel you! Hip and back pain, lots of kicks in the ribs or my bladder 🤣 hubby moves a lot in bed too and steals the duvet all for himself so doesn’t help at all! I’m nearly 31 weeks and definitely starting to feel more run down even tho I’ve had a fairly smooth pregnancy so far!

The kicks to the ribs/bladder are something else 😅

Can also relate on the husband front - snoring away peacefully next to me makes it that little more painful 🤣

This is my second baby, I don't recall being this tired or run down first time, feeling totally exhausted, wondering hiw I'm getting through the next day never mind the next 10 weeks 🤣🤣

@Twinklydreamer22 this is my first and I guess fortunately also have anterior placenta so could have been worse but won’t ever know. And for the most part hasn’t been suuuuper bad but the sleep front is definitely getting worse! Pupper keeps me active still so I’ll keep going as long as I can but definitely getting more exhausted as it goes on. May have to get a spare blanket for myself as I always wake up without bedsheets and cold which doesn’t help cause then I’ll need to pee and struggle rolling out of bed 🤣
