I’m 6w3d . Since Saturday I started bleeding ( like a period , bright red , some dark bits etc ) not as much as a heavy period but somewhere in between . Today it’s slowed right down to pink spotting . No cramps as such and no pains . I haven’t had any pregnancy symptoms with this pregnancy so far and usually I get severe sickness at this point , I’m assuming I’ve lost the baby as did a test today and it seems lighter , but would this really be it already ?? have a scan booked for end of the week but any ideas what else it could be or does it sound likely ?
