Pregnancy Skin Advice

First of all, I'm so grateful to be pregnant after 6 miscarriages so this 100% isn't a moan.

Does anyone have any skincare advice for pregnant skin? My skin is normally very low maintenance but I'm 10 weeks and it's all over the place - greasy, red, then dry and flaky in patches.

Should I just be totally leaving it alone and using a basic cleanser? I've got all sorts of miscellar waters, moisturisers, serums etc. but have no idea what's best for it at the moment.

Following this as my skin is awful at the moment too. It fluctuates with hormones so I've found times when it looks better but then it's awful. I know we need to avoid anything with Vitamin A in for skincare.
