17+1 and feeling really dizzy! Is it normal? I’ve never really felt dizzy in my life before so not sure. At my 16 week midwife appt my BP was 103/70 so on the lower side. I just wanted to know if it’s something I should call about on Monday?

Get checked out. I felt dizzy during pregnancy and it turns out it was due to a heart condition I didn't know I had. Pregnancy made the symptoms known. It's probably nothing but definitely have it monitored and keep an eye on it, any breathlessness remember to mention that too.

No. I'd get checked out asap tbh

Do you think I need to be seen tomorrow or can it wait for the community midwife on Monday? I’m not horrendously dizzy or lose my footing dizzy, I have just had a few lightheaded spells today (maybe 5 in total) that pass within 30 seconds or so

Make sure you drink plenty OP. The low blood pressure could simply be because you need some more fluids Wink

It could be worth calling 111 and talking with a dr. I had Paroxysmal Atrial fibrillation. I felt off and light headed but thought it was just pregnancy. Then I went very dizzy and almost blacked out. It took that happening 3 or 4 times before they caught my heart going crazy, prior to that they said it was probably blood sugar and I needed to eat more. If the light headed spells happen with breathlessness I'd definitely get checked out asap. But try not to stress, they're really great once they get to the bottom of what's actually happening. Congratulations on your pregnancy.
