The pregnancy brain, stupid things I've done

So I thought it be funny and light hearted to share the stupid things you've done on pregnancy brain.

So far top of my list -
Gone away for weekend and left all my underwear behind. 🤦

😂😂 That's brilliant!

We went out in the car the other day, as we pulled back in to the driveway I said "where's the car?!" The one we were sitting in 🤦🏻‍♀️

I went to a different town and parked up. Couldn't figure out why the parking ticket wouldn't work in the automated machine. Found a helpful person who told me I was in the wrong car park!!! 😂😂

Bearing in mind that the child I was pregnant with is now 11yo, and back then you needed to put the key in the ignition to drive the car...

On the way home I became certain I had left my car keys in the trolley. I was patting my pockets at the traffic lights, considering pulling over to check the bags etc...
When I realised I wax driving the car so they were in the ignition!

I was taking our recycling out as the bin men were due. Put all the recycling from the house into the outside bin and put it on the roadside for collection.
An hour later couldn't find my phone.

It was in the recycling. Luckily hadn't been collected yet 😂

My bin is next to the washing machine, I've put items of laundry into the bin with worrying frequency over the past few months 😅

Keep putting cupboard food into the fridge. Sugar - Fridge, coffee - Fridge etc so bad about it.

Really bad with loosing my key and panicking. Keep locking the door and putting it into my bag and when the postie or someone comes over I can't find it anywhere!

Wait til you start trying to put the kettle in the fridge instead of the milk🤣

I'm a primary teacher. In the first trimester, there was a week where I realized that I had taught just random spelling lessons from our scheme from other weeks of the year. Completely out of sequence. 😂
