Severe pregnancy constipation - nothing is helping!

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have had the worst constipation and bloating for the past two weeks. I think I've managed to go to the toilet three times during this period and only very small and hard deposits 😅 I'm usually very regular!

My stomach is killing, just so uncomfortable.

I've been taking fibogel twice a day, drinking loads of water and eating lots of a fiber rich food. Is there anything else I can do? Can I take laxatives that are actually going to work?

Finally- will this get better as I move into the second trimester? I never had this with my previous pregnancy.

OP was 7 months ago. Hopefully she has had a bowel movement by now. Possibly even had a baby.
