Worried of mmc

Hello,
I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant, I went for a scan at 6 +2 and saw a little heart beating as it should be etc. last week the nausea and food adversions were fully there and these past 2 days they've seemed to have disappeared. Im still very very tired but that's about all.

I'm driving myself absolutely insane worrying that I've had a mmc 🙃 just would love some reassurance that symptoms could come or go or what to do really

Hey. I genuinely had no symptoms only knew I was pregnant because I didn’t have a period. I don’t even think I had symptoms til 2nd trimester. Even now at 33+6, I don’t have nausea, no sore boobs I’m just shattered 24/7 😩

Honestly don't think about the symptoms (hard as that is!). I've had 3 MMCs, the most recent of which I still had really bad morning sickness and painful boobs until after I had surgical management. Unfortunately all you can do is wait and see.

I had a mmc and still thought I was pregnant with no queries about how it was going, symptoms fully there.

My second pregnancy was a successful one resulting in ds. For that I was more sick, but bizarrely my symptoms would also completely disappear for 3- 4 days and then return even worse. So it can happen and all still be fine. I ended up getting an early scan at 9 weeks convinced I had a mmc again but I got to see him. Hope that helps a bit to know they can disappear and it still all be ok.

My symptoms disappeared sharply around 7 weeks and I was panicking, they returned with a vengeance a few days later and I’m now 12 weeks and feeling like they’ll never go away!

Feeling tired is one of the most common symptoms, so it still counts. Crossing my fingers for you Flowers

Thank you all. It's so hard not to panic. It's been 4 years since I was last pregnant and just don't recall my symptoms "going" although that's all a bit of a blur during lockdown and being furloughed.

Suppose I just have to wait and see? Would it be crazy to call midwife if continues?

Midwife and triage are there for worries. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in triage this pregnancy 🫣

Just thought I'd update that I had my dating scan today and I've got a "text book" baby growing just nicely 🤍
