Gift for antenatal ward staff

I’m currently one week in to a three week admission before baby comes. The staff have been great, from the midwives, the auxiliary nurses to the domestics. They’ve made my stay much more pleasant.

I have already bought a card for the ward (and will buy more cards for my favourites so that they get their own!) but I am wondering what gift I can get them as a token of my appreciation.

I’m mindful that there are both day and night staff and I wouldn’t want night staff to go without if I hand a gift in during the day. Thanks!

Tins of chocolates/biscuits.
NHS staff can only accept gifts under a certain amount so a tin of something to share (one for days &one for nights maybe?) will be appreciated and help to get them through their long hours. A card is always appreciated.

A delivery of pizzas always goes down unbelievably well and I'll never forget a very kind couple who ordered us a few on New Year's Eve, but genuinely OP, any food goes down well! Thank you for thinking of the staff. I hope the rest of your admission goes smoothly Smile
