Morning/all day sickness - help?!

Any words of advice for sickness that goes on all day long? I'm 7 weeks pregnant with baby number 4 and I don't remember being this sick since my 1st baby when I had HG 🤢

I've tried all the pharmacies for antisickness tablets but apparently they can't give me anything because I'm pregnant - so I'll have to see my doctor next week :(

I really don't like the sound of eating/drinking ginger. Even the thought of bland foods make me gag currently, the thought of something strong like ginger is just a no-go!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Try not to let yourself get hungry. With DS1 I also had HG and ended up hospitalised on anti-emetics and steroids so was keen not to repeat with DS2 obvs. No remedy like ginger or peppermint had worked with DS1 but with DS2, while I still felt sick I found keeping blood sugar steady was good enough to keep going and not puke. So I ate a lot of low GI food (eg baked beans, poached egg on toast), fat milk and oatbiscuits before bed and at a sniff of hunger made sure I ate something non-sugary. Its a horrible feeling but at least a baby to look forward to!

Thanks everyone - I've got some antisickness tablets from my doctor now and they seem to be helping quite a lot. I'm still sick in the morning for the first few hours but it eventually passes 😁
