Hello
I had an early scan as I had a miscarriage in the past I am 9+5 and been told all is fine baby is growing as it should and heartbeat is strong . But they said they have found a small bleed / bruise on the scan outside the sac . Measuring at 1cm and very small . Also I have had no bleeding at all . So I am pleased about that but now really worried I am going to loose the baby .
Anyone else know about this or experienced this ?

Hi lovely, I had one of these too, described in exactly the same way to me on my very early scans, I didn't have any bleeding either. It's called a subchorionic haematoma and they're super common in early pregnancy. I sent myself into a bit of a spiral when mine was diagnosed as I googled and read a load of horror stories, but I'm now 25 weeks along, it hasn't been mentioned since my 12 week scan and I've had plenty of private scans in the meantime. Most of the time they just reabsorb themselves into the body or they could cause a bit of bleeding, but they're fine the vast majority of the time x
