The title says it all. I am 32+5 and waters have ruptured with a slow leak. Being sent home after a few days monitoring and told to be on bed rest. I have a very active 16 month old and seriously worried about how I'll manage it - any tips???? X

Oh that must be hard, have you got support around you to look after your 16 month old?

Lots if TV time and sedentary activities sound like a good idea to me.

I know someone who had a similar situation, she was placed on strict bed rest. She had to bring in help, so her mother and sisters came on a rota as her DH had to work.

You won’t be able to manage without outside help if you have an active toddler. Can your DH take time off, or family members, a paid nanny?
