Lower back pain when sitting on sofa - anyone?

I’ve had a few lazy days over the bank holiday weekend and have spent most of it chilling on the sofa. I must admit my posture isn’t the best and I’ve probably been slouching a bit/not sitting fully upright. My lower back has been a bit achey even from sitting on the sofa on a night. Is there a way to avoid it? I’m wondering if it’s the same kind of principle as sleeping on your back, or if it’s more an unavoidable thing of lower back strain.

How far are you? I get this on certain chairs, not often the sofa but my office chair that’s a little low. Just have to support myself well. Eventually the yoga ball was the best thing for me comfort wise or I had to keep getting up and moving.

I am almost 37 weeks and it's been a while since I've been able to sit on the sofa for longer than 15 minutes or so without it being really uncomfortable. I watch TV either on the yoga ball, leant over it or lying on the floor. I've found back pain has got worse probably due to the weight and position of baby. I think the key is try not to be in the same position for too long. Water helps aswell swimming or a bath.
