Chemical Pregnancy..

Just had a chemical pregnancy :( anyone had one then conceived the next cycle? Are you more fertile after a cp?

@YorkshirePud12 My first every pregnancy was a chemical pregnancy. I conceived on our next transfer (this wasn't the next cycle as was IVF, so was actually quite a bit of time later). Was told at the time that a CP is a "good" thing as shows you can get pregnant. Best of luck

Not much advice to give here, but I am in pretty much the same boat - I had an early miscarriage/CP over the weekend.

I’m feeing strangely optimistic about trying again and taking the fact that we got pregnant in the first place as a positive. I’ve read some old threads with positive stories but would be great to hear some more recent ones. I’m going to crack on TTC as soon I’ve stopped bleeding!

CP in March and we actually didn’t try in April because I had bled for 17 days after my chemical and it was all very confusing so we waited until after my period end of April and I’ve just found out today I’m pregnant. Very early days obviously, only 2 days late but I had already started bleeding by this point with my CP so I’m hopeful

Congratulations, I was told chemicals are usually a 'one off' by the midwife so I have my fingers crossed for this being a sticky bean for you x

I think I may being going through this right now, Monday i tested and it was positive "to me it looks positive" the strip tests, then today I did these tests and they all came back negative 😞 so I don't know. X

Did you do the second lot first thing in the morning? Do you know how many DPO you are?

I did yes, I just did 2 more now "different " branded tests and still negative, so I'm going to take it as I'm not pregnant 😞
