Hi all, we've been going through fertility treatment and have had our first heartbeat 
The yolk sac at 6+4 measured 3.5mm but the scan at 8+2 showed it had decreased to 3.2mm.
I know these are really tiny measurements and the size is still within normal range but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar?
I'm more curious as I know the yolk sac diminishes completely once the placenta takes over but this would be too early to happen.
