Pregnant after miscarriage

Hi all

I miscarried in January & I'm now pregnant again.

I had my early pregnancy scan on Friday & I was measuring slightly behind & there was also a small bleed under the sac. I am so scared. There was a heartbeat though.

I also wasn't positive on the first day my period was late it wasn't until a few days later that I tested positive.

I am just terrified I'll miscarry again. Xx anyone have a similar experience?

I’m pregnant after a MC last year; I had spotting at 6 weeks and had a scan, same as you there was a small bleed. I wouldn’t worry if only measuring a few days out, the measurements are so tiny at that stage. And possible you implanted a bit later. It’s positive there was a heartbeat. I’m 21 weeks now and the bleed had gone by 12 week scan. Hope it continues well
