Early pregnancy symptoms disappeared

Hi all.
I am currently 5 +2 days if I’m still pregnant as i suddenly don’t have my symptoms anymore(fatigue and increased cm). At 5+1 day I had egg white cm and very light brown which wasn’t my cm since this pregnancy and I know egg white is ovulation mucus and since the egg white mucus my cm has decreased. Also the area near my groin is a bit swollen and mild pain at that site. Anyone know what it could be, I’m scared it’s a miscarriage as had history of recurrent miscarriages.

Nope no symptoms at all. And the only thing I have ever had was a bit of implantation bleeding weeks ago

hi, how are you?
just worried I wouldn’t get to be seen till I’m 6 wks. With your ectopic pregnancy did you have implantation cramping at about 4 wks gestation age? Or implantation cramping doesn’t occur with ectopic?
I’m trying to not put my hopes high as it will really break me later if you see what I mean

Hi 😊 sorry I didn't see your last question. The pain was low down to the side, below the public bone I'd say.

I never had any implantation cramping with the ectopic but it was an accidental pregnancy so I wasn't looking out for it!

Hi all, just an update incase anyone go through this in the future and needs to be aware what’s going on.
I had a miscarriage and got pregnant immediately after(no normal period). At exactly 5+1 I noticed wetness and it’s like ovulation discharge(clear egg white discharge) which continued at interval till later the day and by the end of the day my symptoms(extreme fatigue in the evenings and increased appetite) suddenly and completely disappeared, brownish discharge started and by evening I started feeling a little discomfort at my left groin area and by 5+2 days I noticed the area near my left groin is swollen and a little lump at my groin.After two days of not having symptoms my nipple started to feel sore and fuller and a bit nauseous. I called to be seen by my gp after bank holiday and was scheduled to come in, due to my history of miscarriages one was mmc I was immediately referred to Epu and scanned but scan says I’m 5wks when I’m suppose to be 6wks.
Confused as I’m sure I shouldn’t be 5wks as i has a faint positive on the 13th of May which shows I ovulated probably 2 wks ago as implantation does occur a day after fertilisation. I’m struggling to eat for three days now(not sure if it’s relevant) but scheduled for another scan in 2 wks time.

Forgot to mention the scan was done at 6 wks where it measured 5 wks instead of 6 wks with yolk sac and gestational sac seen.

@YOB2 I have had some brownish discharge this weekend. Meant to be booked into clinic this afternoon and taken the day off but no appointment letter through so I think they've missed me off again. Consultant has been off for half term, I've emailed but doubt it'll be sorted today. Trying not to panic! I know it can't be ectopic because of the last scan and no red blood which is good.

I'm 5 +3 and have started having cramps and brown stringy discharge and a complete loss of all pregnancy symptoms.

I called my EPU and they will see my on Tuesday. They say it's either a MC or implantation bleeding.

@YOB2 it sounds like it could all still be really positive. I share your worry about syptoms. Mine disappeared about 5 days ago and haven't come back and now I have brown stringy discharge. It's such a scary time and all the waiting is torture.

I had a bit of brown dc last weekend but nothing since and still feeling sick most mornings but as time goes on I'm more and more anxious. I have another private scan on Monday to check all is OK. Fingers crossed for you

Yes, it really is torture and probably my history of recurrent mc made me see nothing positive in this for me.

@YOB2 I don't think implantation occurs 24 hours after fertilisation, it's more like 5-7 days so in that case your 5 weeks could be spot on. Do you have another scan soon?

Implantation not occurring quickly is why i lost hope as i started having a faint positive from the 13th of may which doesnt make sense if im 5 wks by 30th of may. I dont know if you see what i mean

@AprilShowers2021 @Cariadxx How are you two doing? How’s things going? Haven’t been on phone as much as was a bit sick for a while gradually getting better but I guess it’s pregnancy sickness or some. My symptoms still not back but new symptoms are like feeling sick, bit nauseous, but fatigue and decreased appetite, maybe bit food aversion also.

@YOB2 Hi, I'm very ill with extreme nausea. Exactly how my first pregnancy started and ended up with HG. I'm on Cyclizine, although I'm getting little relief from it.

Sorry you're also suffering, it's tough isn't it. How many weeks are you? I'm 6 +4 (saw a heartbeat again at 6+1), so I'm prepared for it to get worse.

I completely agree about being on the phone, it seems to make it worse, as does staring at my laptop. My doctor has told me to take a few weeks off work, but I don't want to tell work yet, so trying to carry on. But it's near impossible, I can't actually concentrate to do work, as I'm so nauseated all the time. X

I'm doing OK thanks, not much nausea but lots of food aversion. I'll make something then just look at it and think.... no 👎
Second scan put me at 8+2 so should be 9+6 today. Main issue I'm having is still no contact from the midwife despite completing the online booking form 3 weeks ago. I keep phoning but they couldn't organise a booze up in a brewery!

being really poorly and throwing up badly so wasn’t on phone well as I mostly try to sleep so I don’t vomit the little I could keep…. Lol.

Quick update for whoever will need this in the future.
At about 6 weeks I started having brownish discharge and as well left groin pain and a bit swollen so my gp referred me to epu due to my previous history. At the scan I was dated 5 weeks instead of 6 weeks so that got me so worried and I felt another miscarriage is looming and stopped using my prenatal meds though was sick and hardly able to eat. Roughly two weeks later when I was meant to be 6wks 6 days as per 5 weeks scan date, went back for a rescan and there I got the shock of my life, I saw baby in there with a strong heartbeat ( I cried while measurements was made and recorded…..lol), even though was suppose to be 6wks 6 days I was measuring 7wks 2 days. That gave me a reassurance and started using my prenatals and the mild pain and swell in my left groin was due to my left ovary undergoing changes being corpus luteum and apparently some nodes are swollen around that site. My symptoms got worse and started throwing up real back, barely could keep something in afterwards, some days I vomit even my prenatal meds.

To anyone who will go through this in future, hang in there, not everything ends negatively. There is a silver lining behind dark clouds.
