Confused with how many weeks/ due date

Hi! 🥰 I have just found out I am pregnant 2 days ago!
Trying to get my head around things and realised there's so much I don't know, should know and need to know 😬😅 So if anyone could help working out how many weeks and when my due date would roughly be please! 🥰
The first day of my last period was 17th April, I tested yesterday with a digital and it said 2-3 weeks but I thought I would be 5 weeks by counting backwards. My cycle is a little bit all over the place sometimes with a couple random long cycles.
Also if anyone would like to chat on here if they are in their early days too (or however far along you are) it would be so lovely to have some company that can relate/ can be excited together, I'm feeling a bit lonely!

The digitals count differently to how the hospitals count it - the tests count from conception whereas everywhere else counts from the date of your last period. So you have to add about two weeks to what the test is saying. So by that count 2-3 weeks and 5 weeks are about the same number and if you saw your midwife or use pregnancy apps etc the 5 week figure is the one that's (more or less) right.
