3rd pregnancy..is this labor ? Stopping and starting!?

Hey . I am 36.5 days , DC 3 , both previous natural births and labors , I am currently having lots of period type pains in my legs and buttocks and some small tightening in my tummy. Baby has been engaged for 3 weeks. I'm asking the question because all started yesterday , period type labor pains in legs and back.. then stopped now its starting again this evening. My other 2 pregnancies I had no signs , just water Broke and then contractions.. but this baby seems to be either practicing ( dunno why as it's my 3rd) or it false labor.. not sure what's going on. I've had loose bowel movements and felt very RAGEY lol any ideas ? Are 3rd labors different? Thank u 💓 could I meet my baby early?

36.5 days? Maybe a typo for weeks?If you’re not 37 weeks you really need to ring the triage number as you may need a steroid injection to support your baby’s lungs.

Or 36 weeks and 5 days, it’s pretty clear to everyone she doesn’t mean 36 and a half days though isn’t it.

My third went on for 2 days. Stop starting on and off. I rang my mum to come at one point because I was sure that was it, but it stopped as soon as she got here. I was raging and shattered by the end of it but apparently it’s really common for third babies.

Positively though, once it did start for real he flew out in 6mins!!!

Lungs will be totally fine at this gestation, my twins were born at 36wks and nothing was required to support their lungs. Good luck, hope it's a sign your baby is on it's way x

36.5 weeks amd I went in last week for the same thing but they said labor hasn't started and also they wouldn't try to stop labor if I was x

I keep hearing this!! Ha worrying lol

With number 3 I had this for about 2 weeks before actual true labor started, midwife suggested I was in long labor in the lead up. Could be similar.
