I have a few questions can anyone help!
im 36+4 and im allowed to collect, got given some syringes today I only managed 3ml today which was like quarter of a syringe I tried once at like 7 and again just now at 10. left the syringe in the fridge in a plastic ziplock bag in-between collections is that ok?
then because it was my last try I put the bag with the syringe in the freezer I just wrote on the bag the date and times I collected the colostrum and when I froze it
does this all sound ok?
should I continue to just use a new ziplock bag everyday and label the bag? or label each syringe ?
also how long should I be expressing each time? as since im keeping in the fridge and taking out between each time I worry the colostrum already in there will go bad/ get warm while im adding to it.
