Hi all!

just wondered if anyone on here had taken COQ10 & vital DHA whilst TTC and if it worked for you?

i know it has been recommended by Luisa zuismann but just wondered if anyone on her had taken them and had success?

Link from the blog I’m referring to: http://www.luisazissman.co.uk/?p=647

Yes both me and my partner took the CoQ10 and the DHA. I actually followed what fab & Elle on YouTube did as well as my partner cutting out caffeine he drank A LOT off coffee and cut out alcohol (he had less than 1% morphology) we tried to conceive naturally for 2 years with a loss at the very begining and we're days away from starting IVF when I fell pregnant naturally I'm 35 weeks pregnant now. I'd definitely watch that video from fab and Elle on YouTube where they go through what they took to get pregnant .

Also, out of interest how long did you take them for before you fell pregnant? X

@RK1992 I can't remember exactly I'd say at least 6 months while waiting on IVF as there was a long waiting list. It takes 3 months for it to have an effect on egg and sperm health so it's not a quick fix . The other thing we did that I forgot was cut out as much plastic as possible. Got rid of plastic lunch boxes coffee cups replaced with metal anywhere we could get rid of plastic we did as it's just unbelievable how bad it is for reproductive health or just health in general.

@RK1992 Also after 3 months my partners swimmers came back normal having been less than 1% morphology I think cutting out all the caffeine helped hugely with that as I can't even explain how much coffee he drank every day ... a ton and he would otherwise be quiet fit and healthy . Best of luck I hope it all works out for you x

That’s crazy isnt it, how much an every day drink could possibly effect fertility. Thank you so much for all your help and advice! Good luck to you too with the rest of your pregnancy x
