Anterior placenta - how to relax

Does anyone have any tips on how to feel more relaxed about having very little movement? I am 28 weeks and get very few movements.

I had really poor movement on DS1 as well, but they never told me where my placenta was I am guessing anterior also.

I get the odd thud and bought my own heart monitor which does help. I know they can sometimes cause more stress but his HB is like a horse where as the placenta is like waves so you can hear the difference.
