I have a few events and days in the office coming up and I’m not ready to tell people I’m pregnant yet.

This weekend I’m seeing my DHs extended family and I don’t want anyone to ask (some people are rude like this) nor give it away yet.

any outfit ideas to help conceal, but not overly obviously?

edited to add - I’m 3m and showing slightly, gets worse with bloating later in the day too! (4th preg, 2nd successful)

How far gone are you and is it your first pregnancy?

Im finding jeans and an oversized shirt helpful currently. I’d also look up how to dress if you were an apple shape, as that is around concealing the midriff/tummy area.

The ubiquitous floaty dress worked well for me til I told people at about 24 weeks. Loads in H&M and M&S.
You might want a slip to avoid any inadvertent clinging

I wore loose jumpsuits, that had ties in the middle which I tied over the bump.

I told HR when I legally had to but I because of the way I carried and hyperemisis so lost a lot of weight, no one else realised I was pregnant till I was 8 months gone 🤣

A line dresses or anything that has a bit of shape around the top of the tummy then flows out so it's not obvious. Jeans/leggings and smock or peplum tops are also good.

Look up Aje ruffle dress. That for me through and I found a cheap one on Vinted.

Find similar styles, shirt dresses with full volume or ruffles.

Oversized jumpers although I definitely looked bloated in them (I’m guessing that might not work with summer).

I am finding paperbag trousers an absolute lifesaver here! Just makes you look like looking a bit rounded is a dubious fashion decision.

Thanks all so much
i wore something flowy today and my BIL said my bump was already showing so much… so that isn’t going to be worn lol
yesterday I got one of those oversized dresses from Primark and I managed to hide the bump! Helped that I couldn’t bring myself to eat which meant no bloating!
