Is this pain normal what do I do

I have endometriosis so am used to really painful back cramps while on my period. I’m 21 weeks pregnant and have Awful back cramps been there since this afternoon. I’m about to take some more paracetamol and go to bed with a heat pack. My midwife has recently left so I can’t text her and I don’t have the contact for the new one. Otherwise I would text her.

Will most probably be totally normal, but I totally get when pregnant how we worry.
