Left sided pelvic hip pain

Hi all,
currently just over 6 weeks pregnant and for the last day I’ve had like a dull ache/ stitch/ stretching type feeling low down pelvic/hip area, it’s not painful or crampy just an odd sensation.
no other symptoms, no cramping, bleeding, stabbing pains ect.
any ideas?

Any chance you’re constipated or have wind? Other than that I’d assume ligaments stretching.
