I'm very nervous that I might have an ectopic pregnancy.... My tests are positive thank god and have been feeling symptoms lately, however one of them worries me.... I can feel sharp pain in my right abdomen come and go. Sometimes it stays longer.... my back also hurts but it is like a dull pain. I might be 4 weeks and a couple of days and been wondering if it is worth to go see a doctor this early ? any advice would be appreciated.

I'd take some paracetamol - if it doesn't help or the pain continues to get worse I'd definitely contact the doctor. If it's really bad then your best bet would be to go to a and e. I rushed to a and e with what ended up being an ectopic pregnancy. The pain was pretty severe though it hadn't actually ruptured the tube. It's unlikely at only 4 weeks you're at immediate risk of a rupture but even so if it is ectopic, sooner rather than later is always best.
