TW - Abortion/Termanation

Hi, I'm booked in to have my first set of tablets tomorrow to start the termination process.

Could anyone tell me if there is anything else involved? Scans, or tests or anything like that?

I'm 33 if that changes anything?

Hello! I assume you're taking mifepristone and misoprostol? It was a number of years ago I had mine, but I just remember taking the pills and having a transvaginal scan about a week later to ensure everything was actually out. Once they confirm it is cleared out, there is nothing after that - pretty easy procedure. The pills are not fun, and it can be painful, so make sure you're somewhere comfortable <3 best of luck to you
