Yolk sac or twin??

i got an ultrasound today and the baby measures 7w and i see another structure in my uterous is that a baby or a yolk sac or another yolksac cuz i see a yolk sac attached to the baby?

The ultrsound tech was also unsure of what she was seeing...

The little circle/dot is what grows around the baby as it gets bigger… I think it’s maybe called the sac I can’t remember but I had it on my 8 week scan! Xx

Right but its very far drom the baby and there is already a yolk sac attached to the baby on the bottom

I wouldn’t worry about it if the sonographer wasn’t concerned they are the trained professionals :)!

she wasnt worried just thought she saw two then didn't want to give me a difinitive answer so im just thinking if maybe theres two🤔
