need some natural remedies for now..

please don’t suggest honey as it apparently only works for next year!

can’t take antihistamines due to it not being recommended. I’ve also had losses so I am not one to risk anything.

other than locking myself in a windowless room.. what can I do 😭😵‍💫

I am taken local honey. I was also using hycosan extra eye drops which say safe in pregnancy and using a saline Nasal rinse.

However the past few days I've nearly been normal so only taken honey, thinking this might be the answer and need to stock up!

My GP also advised against taking anything during pregnancy and recommended Sterimar nasal spray which is just a salt spray but it does help, and also putting some Vaseline around your nostrils to trap the pollen.

Pop vaseline around nostrils, take nasal spray and eye drops.

I was told loradatine if really struggling but try prevent with nasal sprays and eye drops. I did that during my first pregnancy and all was ok!
