Changing maternity hospital

Hi,

I am currently with the Royal Surrey Hospital and want to now shift to Frimley Park, anyone here already done similar thing or knows the process? I tried ringing the hospitals but couldnt get through.

Your GP can move you - that’s what I did

You can register online with frimley.

Yes you can my friend changed to frimley. Had both my children at Frimley it's wonderful

I just self registered online at my new hospital. They called me as I was past 12 weeks at that point, and I explained I'd had my booking appt and first scan at another hospital. They were absolutely fine with it and booked me the 16 week midwife appt. She copied some of the information out of my old notes, repeated a few questions from the booking appt and then gave me a new set of notes. I then called the hospital I was with previously to cancel appts and discharge myself.
