Hi
I am at 16 weeks now and only found out last week so it's all new to me, but am very happy and excited! I just wondered if anyone had any advice for getting over the extreme tiredness I have? I feel really under the weather, not poorly just v v tired and kind of in a little world of my own. I am assuming that this is normal and I'm just being silly but any advice gratefully accepted

Autumnlady haven't read the whole thread carefully so not sure if you have older children - naps a bit tricky then as Trikken said. I try to get my husband back in time to give my older 2 a bath and have a 20 minute nap then. Seems to give me just enough energy to then get on with cooking for us. Or just go to bed after the kids have gone which is a bit sad but a couple of nights a week makes a big difference and isn't a complete disaster. I suspect DH quite likes the fact there's noone to criticse the rubbish he is watching on the box.
