Bump discomfort third trimester?

Hi I'm 32 weeks and in the past 3 weeks I've been getting intermittent discomfort/pain in my bump? At the front near my navel feels quite sore, it normally happens at the end of the day when I've eaten a meal or when I'm lying down, and it hurts to laugh! It's not there all the time and only happens for a few mins at a time. Kind of feels like a bruise?
Baby is wriggling fine so I'm not really concerned about her but just wondering if these aches and pains are normal?
I have an anterior placenta
The pain is always in the same place

I have been getting these pains on and off every 4 weeks or so around the belly button, this lasts for a day or so. It is totally normal and is when the baby is having a growth surge and the belly is stretching. Now my belly button looks like a little strange mouth it is so stretched, and I don’t think there is any more room at 35 weeks!

Probably your skin stretching to make space, I had the same, now 7 weeks postpartum and have a little circle of stretch marks round my belly button, still a bit sore to touch too. Could be your abs making space, I forget the proper name, that can be uncomfortable.
