Heavy bleeding early pregnancy experiences please

Losing all hope but worth a try . Last period was 11th feb but only got a positive test 2 days ago confirmed by digital. I’m now bleeding heavily , more than a period , bright red / dark red blood, coming out in the toilet , saturating pads and even when doing urine samples for tests the blood is all in my pee. I went to a&e and they said because I’m not in any pain or anything the early pregnancy clinic don’t have appointments until Friday so I was able to go home and just have an appointment with them at 8:45 Friday morning . It’s a miscarriage isn’t it ? I thought miscarriage would’ve been more painful but not in pain just mild pelvic pain. Can someone share their experience and went onto have a healthy pregnancy?

I'm really sorry OP. This doesn't sound great. That level of bleeding definitely sounds like a miscarriage. Look after yourself x

So sorry op. It does sound like one. I had one earlier this year and it was awful. They never even saw me as I knew it was a miscarriage! Sending hugs.

Thank you , I’ve started clotting now and seeping through my clothes . There’s no way it’s not a miscarriage. Thank god I have my daughter or I’d be lost :( so unfair isn’t it

So sorry to read this. I didn't have any pain with my miscarriage but I was only 6 weeks. From what I know pain is often associated with miscarriage but not always. Try and keep busy until Friday but I know it will be so hard ❤️

@Ttc125 I’m 37 weeks pregnant and had a subchorionic hematoma. I bled very heavily with clots a number of times and bled from week 7/8 to around 18 weeks.

Hi, my bleeding hasn’t stopped . It’s been consistently heavy bright red / dark red and massive clots . So much coming out that if I try pee in a cup to test it’s just pure blood. I read that haetomas are more common when ur around 6/10 weeks and I don’t think I’m that far in although can’t be sure . If my pregnancy test is negative in the morning Il know then . Congrats on ur baby:)

Oh you poor thing. This sounds like a lot of blood, is there any chance you are further along than you thought? My early miscarriage was like a slightly heavy period, but not close to the level you're describing. I also still tested positive for a week after I finished bleeding so you may find a test isn't much help yet. I found it really hard seeing a positive test and knowing I'd lost it, so a hand hold for that x

I haven’t had a period since February, but all my tests before 2 days ago were negative so it’s really hard to say. I don’t know if I could be further on and just never tested positive or because I haven’t had a period since feb there’s all this blood that just wasn’t shed that wants to come out . Im wondering if maybe old stuff from my daughter nearly 7 months ago has came out and showing a positive test? Although probably unlikely at 7 months pp. thank you very much, was probably for the best atm but still not nice and constantly wondering what I’ve done x

I hope you get some answers soon. My bleeding didn’t stop during that time but would go from red to brown etc and I had 3 times with very heavy bleeds. You’re right the heamtoma usually happens as the placenta is forming.

Did you ever get dark red clots that looked long / stringy ?

I can’t remember particularly how they looked but some of them were huge maybe the size of a can of coke. It was horrible.

I had this in early pregnancy- constant heavy bleeding, clots and lots of blood and am now due next week! I had a subchorionic Hematoma- so don’t lose all hope but just try and look after yourself and enjoy long baths etc. It’s such an awful thing to go through and I have everything crossed for you x

My pregnancy tests have gone negative so this was clearly a mc for me . Congratulations 🤍🤍
