Low HCG/Papp-A in double blood test

Hi all,

After an IVF pregnancy I had my double blood test results for trisomy. I took it at 8+5 as recommended in my country (recommended for increased accuracy here between week 8-10).

Papp-A: 0.236 IU/L - equates to 0.52 MoM
HCG: 23.8 IU/L - equates to 0.32 MoM

I've seen online these could be considered very low, but most results seem to be from women at around 12 weeks. My hcg looks too low for Downs, but because they’re both low, I am concerned about 13/18. I won’t be able to speak to a doctor for weeks about it and now I feel so worried.

I will have my neck fold scan in 3 weeks, which is quite a long time away, so can anyone help me understand these results in the meantime? I would have a NIPT, but I also need to wait until week 12 for that.

I'm 32 years old, first pregnancy. A little overweight but no obese. Had an early ultrasound because of it being IVF at 7+1 which looked normal and had a heartbeat.

Thank you so much.
