I'm 28 weeks on Friday and since about 20 weeks Ive had no sleep! It's the same every night. Wake up at 2:30 for a wee and I'm awake u till 5:30 sleep until about 7 as my toddler wakes me up. My brain will not switch off at all! I've tried everything! It's affecting me all over im absolutely exhausted during the day and having to look after myself and a toddler with no sleep is awful! Anyone able to suggest anything?

I’ve had exact bouts of this throughout this pregnancy and have this again up till now (39+4), initially the only thing that worked was taking a full day off from work and drop offs/pick ups and catching yourself up on sleep, with no additional expectations.
I did this twice and it was the only solution at the time.

Now I’m in Mat Leave, I think I’m more suffering with cabin fever and starting to dread the nights already… So sleeping is very difficult at the minute but if I find a solution up this end, I’ll pass it on 😬

Try a magnesium based supplement?

Solidarity.. however, my baby is 11 yrs old, and I haven't had a decent night's sleep since around 12 weeks pregnant.. 😴
