Travel insurance / work

Recently saw a thread about travel insurance here which got me thinking about my own upcoming travel.
I'm supposed to be going to the Channel Islands for work at around 35 weeks. Flying is fine (according to airline) and hospital type health care is free due to nhs. However as others have noticed insurance doesn't seem to cover much after 32 weeks and my concern is if baby came whilst there there would be costs involved (e.g. extra time staying there, OH flying over etc. ) even without complications. There's also the consideration of a need to be repatriated to the UK for complications (unlikely but possible) which would not be covered by the NHS.
Anyone got any advice or know of suitable insurance? I'm planning to ask employer if they have any insurance in place or will agree to cover anything if its needed, but wondered if anyone knew of any good options?
Thanks!

I use true traveller insurance plus work insurance, but don't tend to travel after 32 weeks as it's a massive hassle with medical certificates etc. But I've so far (knock wood) not had any issues and not made any claims, so can't comment on whether it's as good of a system as it sounds.

Last pregnancy I was refused boarding twice at the 32 week mark due to check-in desk staff just being super strict and not really knowing how to deal with it, which really jeapordised my projects. And I had all the stamps from my GP and the correct forms and all my midwife notes and so forth! If possible, try to hide how pregnant you are / don't mention it 😅 (nb this is obviously not medically sound advice).

Would love to see responses from others because I'm interested in navigating this better as well!
